Design of the Web
Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the customer. Once a payment or a deposit has been made, it is non-refundable, except as stated in the web design package agreement, in “paragraphs 11 , 12 and 16 of the non-refundable clause.”  If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid will be retained by Ministry Web Designing and, where applicable, a fee for any work completed beyond what has already been paid will be paid by the customer.

Development of the Web

Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing and Social Media Optimization
Payments for Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing and Social Media Optimization services are non-refundable and Ministry Web Designing does not make pro-rated refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment, deposit or set-up fee is paid, it is refundable for costs immediately incurred.

Ministry Web Designing in the initiation of services. If the project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid shall be retained by Ministry Web Designing and, where applicable, the customer shall pay a fee for all work completed beyond what has already been paid.

Chargebacks
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (for the recovery of fees paid to us by the credit company) plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before the service is restored, the files delivered or any distance.

Hosting the website
Payments for past months of web hosting are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of order and are allocated a specific amount of server resources according to the plan purchased. If the customer has not made use of the account, payment for services is still due. Hosting accounts are not canceled until notice is received in writing from the client or until 15 days after the due date of payment, deducted from the amount of refund.

Ministry Web Designing reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user account if the user is found to be in violation of the terms and conditions.

Accounts terminated due to breach of policy will not be refunded.
